Onboarding With Us
1. Scoping & Quote
We'll have a proper chat to get an understanding of exactly what your needs are. We don't want to sell you a service you don't need, but similarly we don't want to give you the cheapest option if you would get more value out of an additional service.
We will work with you to tailor your solution to ensure we provide you with the right service and add the most value to your business.
2. The Boring Stuff
Once you're happy to proceed, we will prepare the paperwork which will be sent over for you via a secure electronic portal for you to digitally sign. We want to make this part as smooth as we can and keep the yawning to a minimum.
During this process you will also be sent a request for some information for us to do our standard ownership checks. We have a duty to ensure we know our clients.
3. Lets Get Migrating
Now paperwork is ticked off we can send you a list of the reports and information we will need to get you set up. We will link you to a secure area to transfer us the data either from your in-house systems or your current provider.
Then we get to work migrating your data into the new payroll system and ensuring everything is balancing and calculating as it should.
If you want extra peace of mind we can do a parallel run for you but this isn't needed if you want to save on the costs!
4. Our First Pay Run
During the first payroll we run live for you we will guide you through the process and ensure it's as smooth as possible. This will go from you sending us the data, us preparing and reconciling everything, to your checks and approval; and finally us preparing all payslips and submissions.
We will provide a standard pack of reports based on what we think you will need without swamping you with too much early doors. This can then be tweaked to ensure your report packs are tailored to be exactly what you need.
5. We Listen
By far the most important stage, your feedback is crucial. We want you to tell us what we are doing well and where anything could be improved.
We like to think we have a pretty good idea of what our clients will need, but there is no one size fit's all and it's nearly impossible to get everything perfect first time. If there is anything you think is a little clunky or frustrating please tell us! We want to help!

Congratulations, you have finished onboarding and are now in our safe and capable hands.
