Just like our service, we want to keep the pricing simple and flexible. That’s why, regardless of whether you’re a new customer or a longstanding customer we will charge you on the same affordable fee basis.
We charge a small flat base fee to cover the minimum time to process and on top of that we charge a fee per employee. What this means is that our fees flex with the needs of the client. If the payroll grows the fee will increase proportionately to headcount and likewise if the payroll shrinks in size then it costs less for us to run it.
Our service doesn’t stop with just the payroll. For a small flat fee we can also handle the assessment of your workforce and upload of new joiners, leavers and contributions to your chosen pension provider.
For the majority of pension providers this is a straight forward process for us to manage and the flat fee will reflect this. For some pension providers the process can be a little more involved and in such cases we would be up front if the flat fee will be slightly more.
If you would like us to cover the statutory communications for your employees we can also cover this for a small fee per letter.
Our fees will cover everything you need on a period to period basis, but sometimes you may require something one off or bespoke which it’s going to take additional time outside of your normal payroll process. In such cases we don’t want to cause any unnecessary surprises when you receive your invoices so we will always be transparent with the fee and get this agreed up front.
